Boarding

Full Board Includes:

  • 1 – 12 x 14 matted stall with plentiful shavings
  • Stalls cleaned 2 times per day
  • Feeding 2 times per day per customer’s instructions (note: customer responsible for providing specific grain/supplements)

  • 1 – private pasture with board fencing and no climb wire

Use of Facilities:

  • 2 – grass driving arenas 40 x 100 meters

  • 1 – outdoor dressage arena 20 x 60 meters

  • Covered arena – estimated completion Fall of 2022

  • Multiple wash racks

  • Bridle path/trails on property
  • Washer and Dryer

  • Access/Adjacent to Goethe Forrest for trail riding or carriage driving

Boarding Fees:

  • $850/month – Full Board.
    • 1 stall 12 x 12
    • shavings/bedding (extra shavings is extra cost)
    • cleaned 2 x daily
    • feeding 3 x daily
    • water checks 3 x daily
    • facility amenities
    • preference over pasture boarders on lesson time slots (see lesson packages on training page for prices)
  • $1150/month – Full Board. Orchard/Alfalfa flaked hay included
    • 1 stall 12 x 12
    • shavings/bedding (extra shavings is extra cost)
    • cleaned 2 x daily
    • feeding 3 x daily
    • water checks 3 x daily
    • facility amenities
    • first preference on lesson time slots (see lesson packages on training page for prices)
  • Extras:
    • $100/month small private dry lot for stalled horses
    • $200/month private pasture with lush grass for stalled horses
    • $100/month for extra shavings
    • $15 min for handling of horse for vet or farrier
    • $50 help unloading and loading of hay and/or horses
